For those of you that don't know who we are, we are a family ran mobile dog grooming service here in Denver, Colorado. I'm Briana aka Bri; I have over 30 years of experience in the grooming industry, I am also a second generation groomer. It is safe to say that I have work the better half of my life with animals and I love it and for that reason I decided to bring my family along for the ride!

Here are the top 10 tips that I have learned over the years with my own pets as well as working with other peoples pets.
Tip # 1
It's important to remember that what we find funny may not be enjoyable for our pets! The Fourth of July is a prime example of this. Ensure your pets are indoors, in a calm and cool environment. The best way to keep them safe is by placing them in a separate room, away from the festivities, with the door closed and the blinds shut.
Tip # 2
Understand your pet well. If you feel that simply knowing your pet won't be sufficient for planning ahead, contact your vet to inquire about the potential benefits of pharmaceutical intervention.
Tip # 3
Have you microchipped your pet? Have you registered them on a website that assists in finding lost pets? Do you have a recent photo of your pet? There has been a 30% increase in lost pets on this day.
Tip # 4
As pet owners, there are steps we can take to assist our pets with anxiety! Consider using a thunder shirt or happy hoodies as a helpful solution. It's recommended to try these options before the anxiety-inducing event!
Tip # 5
Some pets may not be bothered by fireworks, but chasing them can be not only unfunny but also extremely risky. Make sure to keep your pet on a leash and be mindful of their whereabouts throughout the entire event!
Tip # 6
